There are three pubs within walking distance in the nearby villages of Fordwich and Stodmarsh. Activities available locally include horse riding at Trenley Park, fishing, golf, Walking & Cycling. Local attractions include bird & nature reserves, Kent's beaches, castles, churches, country & historic houses and museums.
